Store Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at The K Fashion. We hold our products to a high standard, but we understand sometimes things don't work out. Because of the nature of our items, we enforce a strict 24-hour return window.

1. The 24-Hour Return Rule

• To be eligible for a refund, you must initiate your return request within 24 hours of the exact time of delivery (as marked by the tracking number).

• Requests made after this 24-hour window are unfortunately not eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Item Condition

To successfully receive a refund, your item must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

• In its original, unopened packaging.

3. How to Start a Return

1. Log into your customer account via our online portal https://accounts.thekfashion.in

2. Select the order and items you wish to return, then click Request Return.

3. Alternatively, email our support team immediately at info@thekfashion.in with your Order Number and proof of delivery time.

4. Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs [OR: We will provide a return shipping label, but the cost will be deducted from your final refund]. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email if it is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within [e.g., 3-5] business days.
